Welcome to Freeze Tray. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Pricing: We do our best to display product details, colors, and prices accurately. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors.

Orders: All orders are placed on a Cash on Delivery basis. After you order, our team may contact you to confirm before dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that cannot be verified.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Delivery & Payment: Delivery times are estimates. Payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery. Please pay after receiving.

Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items, as described in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability: Freeze Tray is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our products beyond the value of the product purchased. Products are intended for home use as described.
